Precision Association Management prides itself on productive management of associations that focuses on results, real innovation and prudent allocation of resources. Members are the lifeblood of an association and we treat your members like we would treat our own. We are constantly in conversation with Precision staff and board members on how to bring the best benefits to the members in a way that is cost effective and produce results.
Located in Austin, TX, Precision first began as Hempstead & Associates in 2000 and has been service associations in full management capacity, as well as provided outsourced services, for 18 years.
Our Executive Team
Chuck Hempstead has spent his entire career in the association management profession. He has served as chief staff officer to an eight-county regional association and a statewide association.
His previous staff specialist positions include communications and government relations. He holds the designation of Certified Association Executive from the American Society of Association Executives and has received the Texas Society of Association Executives' 2012 Distinguished Executive Award.
Chuck earned degrees in speech communication and public affairs. With Precision, he is primarily responsible for client relations, governmental affairs, boards of directors' support and communications.
With 17 years in association and non-profit management, Liz has served in roles such as Executive Director, Director of Communications and Director of Chapter Relations. She also brings to the table experience in business development and endorsed service relations.
A long-time volunteer herself, Liz has held board position roles in various associations and as past chair of the ASAE Component Relations Section.
With her degree in advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, Liz is primarily responsible for communications and marketing, project and event management, client relations and board support.
